I am currently working on the development of gene-therapy approaches in neurological conditions. Alongside, my basic research focus is on understanding and elucidating the molecular mechanisms of fragile X syndrome (FXS).

My earlier experience includes preclinical drug development research, developing mouse models of neurodegenerative diseases, and investigating molecular crosstalk in an animal model of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
