"Marisol has focused her work in two broad reads. First is developing and testing melatonin as a protective reversal agent for anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity. This work is paired with her central role in Project DANCES, a clinical trial focused on collecting treatment exposure data and blood samples to evaluate the genetic underpinnings of cardiovascular disease of survivors of adolescent and adult cancers. We are very grateful for all of Marisol’s contributions to our research efforts. She is a terrific colleague and great team member!"
