Cheongin (Rachel) Im
Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Dr. Cheongin (Rachel) Im is a nursing scientist with expertise in symptom management for cardio-oncology patients. Based on her clinical experience as an oncology nurse, her research focuses on understanding symptom management and health outcomes among patients living with both cancer and cardiovascular disease. Under the mentorship of Dr. Lixin Song, she aims to explore pathways that influence symptom experiences and to develop innovative digital health and AI-driven interventions that support self-management and improve quality of life for cardio-oncology patients.
