Position Description

To dissect the tumor microenvironment of pancreatic cancer, study the cancer-specific class II HLA-restricted peptidome, understand how antigen-specific CD4+ T cells regulates antigen-specific CD8+ T cells,  and track tumor antigen-specific T cells in the tumor microenvironment of pancreatic cancer. 

The key responsibilities of the position:

  • Mouse surgery
  • Tissue culture
  • Immunology assays: ELISPOT, HLA-restricted peptidome identification, flow cytometry, TCR clonality analysis
  • Basic computer skills, preparing manuscript and general lab organization

Position Requirements

  • M.D. or Ph.D. 
  • Skills with mouse surgery, immunology assays,  immune-affinity purification, mass spectrometry analysis, single cell RNA sequencing and TCR sequencing
  • Strong work ethic and critical thinking
  • Open-minded, creative, enthusiastic personality and good collaboration skills
