Position Description
A postdoc position provides an opportunity for early-career researchers to gain valuable experience, develop independent research skills, and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge in their field of expertise.
The postdoctoral fellow will assist Dr. Wang in the conduct of her projects that focus on deprescribing, home-based care, and care transitions.
Position Requirements
- PhD degree in Nursing or other disciplines in health sciences;
- License in a clinical profession including but not limited to nursing
- Strong analytical skills and experience using large datasets is highly preferred
- Strong writing skills and ability to collect, analyze data, and prepare publications describing results.
- Assists in training and mentoring of lab personnel, including graduate students and other trainees.
- Poss interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with individuals at all levels
- Willingness to get further training to perform other duties as assigned.
